All sales are final. Please carefully review your information prior to finalizing your purchase. This includes your name, address and contents within your order. Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the items in your order.

As a NEW brand and small team, we are unable to process returns AS OF NOW, but we're very confident that you'll love our products just as much as we do. Did you receive a faulty product? 

We strive to uphold the highest standards in our quality checks to ensure every product meets our expectations. However, despite our best efforts, very rarely oversights can occur.

 Lost packages 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking number of the shipment is provided, it is customer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping provider and request a refund if items are not delivered when tracking states otherwise.
