Shipping Policy
Processing and Delivery:
Please allow 1-2 business days for any given order to be processed, with the acceptation of 2-4 additional business days during high volume sale periods ( new item releases). Orders are processed chronologically as they are received.
Delivery time-frame:
Kindly allow up to 3-5 business days within the U.S or 7-21 business days internationally for your order to be delivered after your order has been shipped.
BIOSHELL CASE is not responsible for duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstance. The buyer will be held accountable for any country restriction, duty tax, or any other fees collected.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive an email with your tracking number and order status when processing is completed.
Lost packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking number of the shipment is provided, it is customer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping provider and request a refund if items are not delivered when tracking states otherwise.
